3. CCNA Funds: After payment of the $3,400 approved by CCNA in January 2014 for benches on 2nd Avenue, the Capital fund will be $0.
After payment of $1,000 to Sojourns for the Street Fair, as approved at the March
2014 meeting, payment of $1,000 for the CCNA/Park Place Apartments Fun
Day, approved at the May meeting, and payment of $2,000 for Art Walk as
approved at the July 2014 meeting, the Non-cap fund will be $3,289.24.
At this time, we still only get $2,000 per year from the City.

5. New Business: Matt Neal, from H2 Real Estate to introduce himself and H2 Real Estate.
H2 Real Estate is a new downtown business, located of 1st Ave. N. –MATT NEAL WAS PRESENT AND GAVE A SHORT TALK ABOUT H2 REAL ESTATE AND THEIR FUTURE PLANS FOR THE BROWN MARX TOWER.
6. Announcements: On June 9, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. At the Birmingham Police Department, North Precinct 2600 31st Avenue North. There will be a work shop on “How to start a neighborhood watch” in your community.
